A FINE MESS

KEITH Anderson is right about the benefits of autonomous driverless cars (Inbox, November) but might be wrong in one area: While these cars will always stick strictly to the speed limit, there’s no way the state governments are going to miss out on the billions of dollars a year they derive from the collection of speeding fines, etc. They’ll just think of another way to hit the motorist.
