I also sympathise with Wheels, recognising that it would be unprofessional and irresponsible to report on anything but the tangible results of your road testing.
The solution is to put it in the hands of consumers themselves. Once a year, run a survey for all Australians to report their motoring experiences. An award can be given to the best-rated brand, and satisfaction scores listed in Showroom – problem solved!
