Hybrid Veyron replacement

THE successor to the Bugatti Veyron (pictured left in final form) will use a hybrid drivetrain.

Bugat Volkswagen CEO Martin Winterkorn told German newspaper Bild that a replacement for the world’s fastest supercar will be produced, and that it will follow the eco-route of cars including the La Ferrari, McLaren P1 and Porsche 918 Spyder. “Next to the petrol model, will be a hybrid version with added performance,” Winterkorn told the newspaper. new hypercar is expected to be shown publicly for the first time in 2016.
