Bull rages beyond the bitumen

THREE years after Lamborghini teased the world with the Urus concept car, the Italian supercar maker has confirmed it will add an SUV to its range from 2018. CEO Stephan Winkelmann said the unnamed SUV, to be built at Sant’Agata alongside the Aventador and Huracan, will add 3000 sales a year, more than doubling the factory’s output. Little else has been revealed, but it’s likely the new SUV will use the same platform as the 2016 Bentley Bentayga and next-gen Porsche Cayenne, both of which share underpinnings with the just launched Audi Q7.
