MERCEDES-Benz has instigated price rises on a number of ranges, including the E-Class, S-Class, G-Wagen, SLK and its small cars A-Class, CLA and GLA. While some models are unchanged, most have increased by between $300 and $2570.

The CLS has also risen with a mild facelift. A new twin-turbo V6 is fitted to the CLS400, while the CLS500 gets a nine-speed auto. The CLS63 Shooting Brake has been discontinued, with the CLS500 the flagship CLS wagon, now with the boat-inspired wooden boot floor standard.
