FORD has fettled the slow-selling Everest with Ambiente upgrades and reduced prices across the range as part of the wagon’s MY17 update.
The Everest Ambiente now gets SYNC 3, including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, and an eight-inch colour touchscreen with reversing camera, dual-zone climate control, upgraded 10-speaker audio system and driver instrument cluster with dual 4.2-inch LCD display.
The Ambiente can now be specified as a five-seater for $52,990, while the seven seat version is now $53,990 – down from $54,990.
Everest Trend now has embedded SYNC 3 sat-nav as standard and the price has been reduced from $60,990 to $58,990.
The Everest Titanium has no spec changes for MY17, but has had a price shave from $76,705 to $74,990.
